All the products that are sold on our e-commerce platform are sold as well as they are and specifically produced for each order. Since Tosconova is a manufacturing company, it is possible to order each product with customized measures and finishings. 4- ARE THE PRODUCTS COVERED BY WARRANTY?
All the products bought on Tosconova are covered by a 24-months legal warranty for lack of conformity in accordance with the Dlgs d.lgs. 206/2005 and its subsequent amendments. In case of receiving defective or not complied with the order articles, the client has to communicate it by sending an email to: customercare@tosconova.com, by adding photos or details. To make use of the warranty it is necessary to show the purchase documents.

2- CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOMIZED QUOTATION?
Do you have to furnish a room, your house, a hotel or an office? Tosconova will take care of your needs by reserving you dedicated discounts. If you would like to receive an ad-hoc quotation, you can request this here and you will be contacted by our specialized staff.

3- CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER OR RETURN A PRODUCT?
The order can be cancelled within 24 hours from the confirmation by sending an e-mail to customercare@tosconova.com
You can return a product within 14 days of reception of the goods ordered. You will be able to choose between a refund, an exchange of the product or a gift card valid for one year on our online shop. To make use of this service you have to send an email to customercare@tosconova.com.

The product to be replaced must be carefully stored in the original packaging. Attention please, it is not possible to return custom made goods, customized or ordered on specific customer request.

Payments

1- WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments by bank transfer and credit cards Mastercard, Visa, American Express, China unionpay (CUP), Discover and Diners Club, eftpos Australia, and Japan Credit Bureau (JCB). Customer credit card information is encrypted via SSL, a highly secure technology that allows the user to buy with a credit card in peace of mind.

Shipping

1- HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Standard shipping is done at street level. It is made by express couriers, and delivery takes 3-5 working days. Once the goods are shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to track their progress. Standard shipping is free. Attention please, standard shipping could not be free for particularly voluminous orders or for smaller islands and remote areas.

In the case of voluminous orders and/or particularly fragile products, and where specific installation/assembly services are required, the shipment is made through specialized couriers with variable delivery times in relation to the volume and the exact destination of the goods. Normally, it takes 5-15 working days from the order date, and it may take a few more days (about 2 or 3 days) if it is a very fragile product such as marble tables, large mirrors or anything that requires special care, since Tosconova will realize the most correct custom packaging. The indicated waiting days do not include public holidays and any long weekends.

Products purchased in the same order are usually shipped together. Depending on the customer’s needs, it is possible to organize separate shipments by sending an e-mail to customercare@tosconova.com.

For the majority of products in the catalogue, standard shipping is free. However, for voluminous products that need to be delivered in restricted traffic areas or particularly difficult roads, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee that will be notified to the customer as soon as we receive the order. We deliver worldwide, following the packaging and operational management operations necessary to ensure optimal product delivery. However, damage may occur during transport, which is why we recommend that you check the products very carefully after receiving them.

Once the order has been received, if an item has been damaged we recommend not to accept the damaged goods or to sign the delivery note with the annotation “damaged/ broken product” describing the damage found in short.

Please inform the courier and our Customer Service immediately about the damage in writing within 5 days of receiving the goods by sending an e-mail to customercare@tosconova.com. The product to be replaced must be carefully stored in the original packaging.

Pick-up service is also available at our warehouses. In this case, the customer will arrange the shipment, while Tosconova will assist him with administrative formalities and documentation.

2- WHAT DOES STREET LEVEL DELIVERY MEANS?
By “street level” we mean that the delivery of the products ordered is made on the ground floor, at the closest point to the entrance of your home reachable by the vehicle used for delivery. The customer has to work with the driver to unload the packages from the side of the truck, sometimes making other people available depending on the size and weight of the purchased item.

3- CAN I REQUEST DELIVERY TO THE FLOOR AND ASSEMBLY?
Tosconova offers an assembly service on request. At check out you can select the tick on ‘I need delivery to the plan’ and Tosconova will send within 3 working days a quote based on the type of product and accessibility of the residence.
