For the Presidential Suite, S+S Studio made a stylistic choice based on the contrast between white, black, and gold. The contrasts create a dialogue of strong accents, perceptible from the moment clients enter the suite, where they find themselves in a dark but shiny vestibule. Once through, they enter an all-white octagonal living room. In designing the room, the architects set out to create an interior that would harmonise with the historic elegance of the hotel. The result is an opulent yet cosy ambience that conveys a sense of intimacy, perfectly blending elegance and comfort through a refined combination of design, colours and fine material.
